📦 Product Return Policy

To ensure the safety and quality of all retail items, please review my return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase if:

The item is in its original packaging

The product is unopened and unused

You provide proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

"Exfoliation brushes, Any opened or used products, Gift Cards"

I reserve the right to refuse returns on any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.

Only unopened and unused products returned within 14 days are eligible for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Services

All services are non-refundable.

However, if you are not 100% satisfied during your appointment, please let me know before you leave the studio.

I am happy to make adjustments to ensure you leave confident and satisfied.

🩸 Menstrual Cycle Policy

For your comfort and hygiene, and to maintain professional standards:

You can get waxed while on your menstrual cycle.

If you are on your period, please wear a tampon or menstrual cup during your Brazilian or bikini waxing service.

If you are unable to wear one, please reschedule your appointment.

📅 Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

To keep my schedule running smoothly and respect all guests’ time.

24-Hour Notice Required

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a possible restriction or ban from future booking.

⏰ Appointment Time & Tardiness

To ensure I can perform your service properly:

There is a 7-minute grace period.

Arriving more than 7 minutes late may result in cancellation.

Please contact me if you are running late — communication is appreciated.

🚫 No-Show Policy

A no-call, no-show will result in:

Possible restriction or ban from future booking.

Appointment confirmations are sent prior to every visit.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
